Her mother Stephanie was a homemaker with her father David whose position as a Nissan Motors executive forced them to move frequently. Russell was dated Tony Lucca and Scott Speedman both different co-stars during various times. In 2007 she married Shane Deary, a carpenter her mutual friends introduced. The couple stayed together for six years and together have two children together, son River and daughter Willa.

The actress shares with Women’s Health Magazine that she eats everything. A look at this forty something mom, would have you very surprised. Her toned body is amazing and has not seemed to age at all.
